End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User" or "Licensee") and Mod Node® (the "Licensor") for the Mod Node® software application and any associated documentation (the "Software").

By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

You may NOT:

• Sell, rent, lease, distribute, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
• Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use the Software for commercial purposes without explicit permission
• Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your copy with others or distribute it through any means

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. Mod Node® retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights in respect to the Software.

5. Third-Party Games and Content

The Software is designed to interact with third-party games. You acknowledge that:

• You must own legitimate copies of any games you modify
• Use of modifications may violate the terms of service of those games
• We are not responsible for any consequences from game developers
• You use the Software with third-party games at your own risk

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Mod Node® disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding compatibility with your system or games
• Any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mod Node® be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or corrupted game saves
• System crashes or instability
• Account suspensions or bans from game services
• Loss of use, revenue, or profits
• Cost of substitute software or services

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies. This EULA will also terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

9. Updates and Modifications

Mod Node® may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Such updates may be subject to additional or different license terms. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time, and continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Data Collection

The Software may collect anonymous usage data and technical information to improve functionality and compatibility. No personal information is collected. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Export Restrictions

You acknowledge that the Software may be subject to export restrictions. You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to the Software.

12. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this EULA will be brought exclusively in competent courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
